Hi All--

My wife and I are going to remodel our kitchen/sunroom and am looking to set up an entertainment system in the srm. I know that I want a 42" Samsung flatscreen, but I'm unsure about the rest of the system. It would be nice to go with mostly Mac system (ie. 30" Cinema display, Apple TV, MacMini, Apple HiFi) which got me thinking has anybody created a Mac-only entertainment system?

I think the whole Apple Home Entertainment System would be complete if they combined a Blue-Ray player, Airport Express and Time Capsule with an iPod Dock in their Apple TV device... but I'm not going to hold my breath.

Thanks,
Greg

im sure many people have used a LCD tv/Plasma for the monitor hooked up with a mac mini and what not. but this is how i would do it ...

Samsung plasma
mac mini via DVI input
apple tv via hdmi
and do the surround sound seperate from apple hifi.

cinema displays are way to expensive to use as a tv in my opinion since for 1799 you canbuy a 55+ lcd.

thats just me though
