What I like is how it states that the EU Consumer Law covers "defects present when customer takes delivery". That's just excellent, good to have that cover.

I mean, I'll just happily accept goods with defects already, instead of just returning them. :rolleyes:

If you look into it though, if you tell the retailer it had the defect hidden upon delivery and you didn't cause it they have to repair/replace or refund (Only in certain countries with refund).
