What I like is how it states that the EU Consumer Law covers "defects present when customer takes delivery". That's just excellent, good to have that cover.
I mean, I'll just happily accept goods with defects already, instead of just returning them.

If you look into it though, if you tell the retailer it had the defect hidden upon delivery and you didn't cause it they have to repair/replace or refund (Only in certain countries with refund).
