Yeah they usually reveal the price at the start. Just like they did with the iPad Air.

I’m guessing the lower end iPad Pro will have 4 E cores. The higher storage will get 6.

Maybe. But if the cheap MacBook rumors will be true, then a 2 P-core M4 actually would make sense. And if my memory doesn't cheat me, no previous Apple Silicon had a version which just had more E-cores than a lower-end version.
