In a van down by the river
According to Chance Miller with 9to5 Mac, Apple is facing a new Class Action lawsuit over its limited free 5GB plan. Plaintiff claims the free plan stifles competition and prevents Apple users from using other competing cloud services for backing up their Apple devices.

I am not really a fan of all the wolves going over Apple lately but, I can definitely see the plaintiff's point. I would like to see Apple raise the storage amount for the current iCloud backup offering.

We should just get rid of lawyers. I"d love more than 5 GB but companies should be able to do what they want to sell and not what some lawyer wants. I wonder how much it costs us on our products for legal fees and settlements - probably as much as hardware
