Apple finally replaced my AirPods Pro

In case if anyone missed this, Apple does have a service program for sound issues for AirPods Pro manufactured prior to 10/2020. I remember checking my serial number earlier this year and they did not qualify but they do now.

I got both L and R replaced a couple of weeks ago.

I went with the intention of referring back to this program but the Genius Bar agent just sorted it out under consumer law.

They tested both, said they’d failed and replaced them.

The receipt says “consumer law coverage”.

They were bought originally in February 2020.

Thanks to this thread, both of my original AirPod Pros were replaced today by an Apple Store.
