So I ordered a new Mac Pro early this morning (Base config with 16GB of RAM and 512GB flash) and paid for it with the 18 month no interest financing option...
Well just found out that if the device does not ship within 30 days, I do not get the no interest financing!! Apparently the deal is only for charges posted to the credit card account from the Apple Store within the first 30 days of applying for the credit. Since Apple does not charge you until the unit ships, you run the risk of losing out on the no-interest financing!
Just a word of warning to others since I was not aware of this! Here's hoping that my Mac Pro ships by 1/18/14!!
