Last week I posted a now moved thread about cracking my screen. I bought it on launch day. It fell off my desk and the screen cracked. I called Apple and they said my only option was $250 + tax + shipping repair. Last weekend I went to an Apple Store and the Genius said Apple was still doing repairs to keep customers happy, but that could change any day. I got a repair bill for $0, and left it there. It was shipped out Tuesday and Thursday I got my new iPhone.

Anyway, for those with broken screens, there is still hope.

not bad, I'm going to insure my phone so it gets replaced for free. Probably going to cost me like $35 for the year.
