Probably made the mistake of hosting it on their own equipment. They're waiting for AppleCare to admit that the hardware is defective and trying to get them to agree to fix it. :p

Months perhaps

According to my Safari history, I visited a thread on July the 18th of this year. Maybe they upgrade it with mobile compatibility, seeing as many Apple.com and Support pages are not made for mobile devices, which is completely understandable for the company focussing on mobile.

Still not working here: I deleted cookies in cache but still cannot access. Really bad timing too because my Mac Pro is down and I could really use some help from there.

Doesn't work for me either. The page I get says they are updating and will be back soon.
Very strange. I just visited https://discussions.apple.com/welcome and drilled down to a particular section and topic, like https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7621545, and it all loaded fine for me.
