So I have been racking up the Apple Gift cards and was planning on saving them towards a new Mac Pro, however I just noticed you can only use 8 at a time online.

Does anyone know if this is true for in store purchases? Or is there a way to combine/add to a card?

Thanks!

You can take them into a store and have them combine them. They will basically use them for purchasing another gift card (you're not SUPPOSED to be able to do this, but it can technically be done for combining them).

I did this when I was saving up for a MacBook Pro.

Next time even, just bring some money to add instead of just buying another card. You might have trouble because a lot of the staff don't know how to handle it, but you'll get someone who can do it and they'll take care of it.

So I can even add money to an existing gift card?
