Hello, we recently got rejected by app review team and was told that our app needed to be available on the iPad for them to review and approve. I see it in their apple guidelines since they sent me the link but was wondering if this is a newer requirement? I've asked around and no one seems to have gotten a rejection because their app was not available on the iPad.

Is this an iPhone app that was rejected?

Did you submit it as a universal binary? If so, then it must work on iPad as well.

Hi, yes it was an iphone app that was rejected. We had it developed for the iphone 5 and newer models. My technical knowledge is fairly limited since since I'm trying to gather answers to help my team (who are the technical developers of the project). If it helps, one binary was submitted for the various models. Does that make it universal? I may have to go back and ask..
