It's power related, Ip6M sensor it's a 12V main current sensor for the backplane:

Ip6M Current PP12V_S0 MLB2 240V A Main Current

Btw, if your early-2009 Mac Pro was cross-flashed with the MP5,1 firmware, you have to use MP5,1 AHT/ASD.

thanks...
i used 022-5348-A which is listed as a bundle version (for many different macs)

tomorrow i will try with 022-4149-A which seems to be dedicated to MP4.1

its not flashed ... ive bought it few days ago but didnt test it deeply ... then i did total disassemble to remove dust fur etc (i even opened PSU unit).

i run asd 3s130 (efi version from usb stick) - PASSED
It wasnt full - ive unchecked memory test because ram was tested in other MP before.
Is it really software bug?

I used 022-4149-A (its AHT 3A153) both modes (standard & extended) PASSED

So it looks like 022-5348-A is probably buggy

ASD was never distributed legally outside Apple. 3Sxxx are ASD packages and restricted to Apple/AASPs, 0xx-yyy-z are AHT packages and are public.
