General Apple headphones in new Samsung commercial?

In the new S4 commercial that is in the airport. Are those Apple headphones? It sure looks like them. I think it would be really funny if they did. Maybe Samsung's headphones that come with the S4 look a lot like the Apple ones. I have never had Samsung headphones. My note 2 did not come with headphones.

No way! You must be mistaken. Apple invented earphones. And music. Mozart blatantly ripped off Apple. In fact, everything that has ever existed is patented by Apple, including the idea of patents, and everyone just copies them.

Did I miss anything? This is why the OP starts these sort of threads in this part of the forum.
