Apple health shows no data and watch not syncing

I installed the ios 16 beta and downgraded by resetting it and flashing 15.5. I didnt upgrade the watch to watch os 9.

After downgrading, no data is shown in the apple health and under devices page of apple heath is loading forever. attached screenshots for reference

any workarounds without resetting the phone and losing the apple health data?

Health data should be backed up on iCloud.

i reset the phone again and it loaded.
