Apple Watch health tracking on iPhone. You can see on stand when I tap specific hour and says 17-18 and it really annoys me. I prefer old way saying 5-6pm or 5pm-6pm can’t quite remember but it was 12 hour. I cannot see how to change it back if that is possible?? Anyone knows?

Mine shows as AM/PM. I believe it follows what your global settings are. Check your settings in Settings->General->Data&Time | Language & Region.

I have checked all my settings on iPhone and Apple Watch too in case and all is 12 hour format, everywhere on my iPhone and Apple Watch display time in 12 hour format except for that just one thing health app for stand, calories and exercise, for some reason that is ONLY thing shows 24 hours and I don't get why.

I have tried force quit app, restart iPhone and Apple Watch (in case) and it still show 24 hour format.

So weird!

Probably a bug. Try toggling the Time Format setting in Date & Time on the iPhone. FWIW, my region is set to United States.

Tried that and nope. Oh well. I hope it eventually sort itself out. I can read 24 hours but take me little longer than 12 hours cos not default for me.
