I have 2 iphones with different Apple ID's (mail/password) conntected to the same itunes app on my computer. Why each time i update apps in the second iphone it asks me the password of the other iPhones Apple id?

How i stop this?

you cannot.
You can use just one account for itunes, and separate icloud accounts on the phones though, thats how I have it.

I have 2 iphones with 2 different Apple IDs. But i use the same itunes wich obviously i created with the first iphones Apple ID.

So You mean one Apple id.... and all the devices connected to the same itunes app (which first created with one apple id) will have to use the original apple id for app updates....?

If i sign out (itunes) and log in with the Apple ID of the second iphone and then sync?.... will i be able to update my apps with the the seconds iphone apple id and not having to insert the password of the first apple id.

yes.
My set up is as follows:
Shared Mac Mini
ipod touch (daughters)
3gs (mine)
3gs (partner)

I have an old itunes account (pre email address), signed into iTunes on the mac

On all three iOS devices , I go to Settings > Store > Sign in with that itunes account.

On the my ios device, I sign into my icloud account with my @me.com
On my partners ios device, she signs into my icloud account with her @me.com
Daughter does the same.

We do not sign out of the itunes store on the mac, or the ios devices, we share the apps, removing the ones we do not want on each others devices (I have skywalk for instance, but it's not installed on the partners, we all have facebook).

So we all share the same iTunes account, but different icloud accounts.
This makes apps sync seemlessly between mac and all three devices, whilst keeping all the icloud details separate.

So make your first account the iTunes account. If you've bought different apps from each account, then that could be a problem (unless of course they are free in which you can just download them again with the shared account)

But is it normal when i am on the second iPhone (daughters iPhone) and I want to update apps that it asks me the password of the iTunes main/first Id (same with the first/mine iPhone) and not the current iPhones id password?
