Short version:
My Apple ID seems to be deleted. It simply doesn't exist anymore. I can't find a customer support number to contact since I'm currently in a country without official support and there is no official Apple Store here, just resellers. How can I contact them to try to get this fixed?

Full version:
So I tried to update one of my apps yesterday while on iTunes and it said that my password was incorrect. I clicked forgot password, even though I was 100% sure of my password. I thought maybe someone hacked my account and changed the password or something.

2 options:
1. Email verification: I tried it multiple times, but I didn't get any emails about this, not even in my spam folder.

2. Secret answer verification: Entered my info. It asked for my birthday, but it wouldn't accept my birthday (which I definitely put correct initially).

I checked the contact page and the Apple ID support page and I found 3 methods of contacting them:
1. Call your local toll free number: I'm currently in a country not officially supported and will be here for a while.

2. Go to an Apple Store: There is not official store here, just resellers.

3. Discussion boards: I tried my Apple ID, which I'd also used there before many times, but it wouldn't let me. I figured I'd create a new account with the same email address for 2 reasons: to test if there's an account with that email address and to be able to post on the forums. I successfully created a new account, but I the board gave the following error:
You are unable to sign in to Apple Support Communities because your Apple ID may be missing its Primary Email Address (a required field), or you might have two Apple IDs using the same email address.

Step 1: Verify that your Apple ID has a working primary email address by visiting My Apple ID and clicking Manage your account.

Step 2: See if you have another Apple ID that is using the same email address. Visit Apple ID Support for more help.
So now I'm assuming I have 2 Apple IDs on the same email address because logging in with the new password, it tells me I have a verified primary email address. I tried following all their steps to see if I can find any indication of 2 Apple IDs, but no such thing existed. It just took me to reset my password of the new Apple ID.

So now what can be my next step? I tried everything I could think of other than creating a new Apple ID with a different email address to post on their boards, which I'm going to do after this post. Is there any email support? Does Tim Cook do emails like Steve did and would maybe somehow help me or point me to the right people? If he does, what's his email anyways?
