Ok, so when my phone was set up from new i typed in my email address incorrectly. I left off the "au" at the end (I live in Australia). So now with this latest update I keep getting the verification message every 3-4 seconds. I can't change the Apple ID as I have "find my iPhone" app connected to the same email address. Would I be able to ring apple and get this reset somehow? I purchased the phone from new from the biggest telco in Australia. Please help.

Can't you disable Find My iPhone using the address and password you used to set things up?

No, that's the Apple ID with the incorrect email address.
Sure, but if it originally accepted that with the password you provided wouldn't it accept that same thing now to turn it off?

No, that's the Apple ID with the incorrect email address.

As long as you know the user name and password, you should be able to use the icloud Website from your computer and disable the service from there, I guess. Otherwise no harm in contacting Apple right away.
