Has anyone ever been in a strange situation like this?

Basically signed in with a old Apple ID to see if it would work ... since that used to be my main *emails and stuff*...

NOW WHAT HAPPENED WAS:

I logged in with it perfectly fine on my iPhone 7 ios 11... (keep in mind it did not ask for my security answers)

Now as I try to remove the Apple ID to go back to my NEW Apple ID........ All of a sudden jesus comes back.. no, but it asks for my security (questions) answers.... Now im stuck in a situation where I want to use my new Apple ID (fresh feeling lol) BUT IT WONT LET ME SIGN OUT OF IT..... it also says "turn Find Your iPhone off"

I gave them a call but he said "its locked for security reasons, we'll call back tomorrow at X TIME"

Someone help? Will Apple give me a new phone and make me trade this one in?? Someone help?

Are you able to log in online, using a computer?

And are you saying to disable Find My iPhone it's asking you for security question answers and not just the password?
