I think you are confusing two things, forum rules and Apple ID rules.

Technically you could have multiple IDs, when I moved to the US I created a new Apple ID.

If you are a banned from the forum you are banned and shouldn’t set up a new Apple ID to rejoin the forum

You could, but would likely get found out / reported again.

You violated there forum rules and got banned, there are loads of other credible places to get info from like macrumors and many more.

What question are you asking 'AMacisforlife'?

How does one CHALLENGE the decision of 'The Moderators'? Do you know if that is even possible?

Have you even considered that one or more of 'The Moderators' may have 'an axe to grind'?
