i received my new iphone 6s and did a encrypted restore itunes backup

i have been getting prompted for apple ID vertification please enter your password under icloud settings. it does it around the same time every morning. any ideas how to fix this?

i did a reset all settings. see what happens tomorrow if i get prompted for this again.

Mine did the same thing. Instead of following the prompt I went to settings, iCloud and logged in manually by clicking my name. Post login it has not asked me again.

My 6S Plus actually started doing the same thing today all of a sudden when I had opened App Store. It resulted in my Apple ID getting locked, and I had to reset my password in order to be able to log in again for whatever reason.

My iPad wasnt up to date to 9.1 and for some reason updating my iPad did the trick, no more annoying prompts.
