Apple ID vs Apple Music / iTunes ID?

Apple ID vs Apple Music / iTunes ID?

I always get confused between the two -

I need to find them both, and write them down in a safe place ...

can anyone tell me where I can find them? Somewhere in system preferences, or something like that?

If you open iTunes and go to Account like in my screenshot you should see the AppleID you are using there.
