I went to the Apple Store today to get a replacement set of the Apple In-Ear headphones due to the right earbud not working. Also, the rubber parts around the earbud have become detached because of the amount they are used. They said that the won't replace them. However, I have seen problems like this on other forums and they have been replaced no problem.
Has anyone else had problems like this? What do you think I should do? Go to the Apple store and try again, send them directly to Apple, or just get a new pair?
