Apple intelligence and iPadOS 18 beta 3?

Hi,

So I downloaded the iPadOS public beta 3. Is it supposed to have apple intelligence on it, or are you supposed to join the waitlist? Regardless, I don’t have an option to join the waitlist and it’s not on there so I was wondering is there an option to join the waitlist or do I just have to wait for the waitlist to appear on my settings? Thanks guys

No it’s currently only on the developer beta for 18.1
