Anyone having difficulties with Apple intelligence and double tapping at the bottom of the screen to type text? Never opens a window to allow me to type.

It takes a bit while, but eventually, it will work.

The ‘turn it off and back on again’ did the trick

I have and in UK. (US region & language settings)

A restart made it work for me too.

I have issues here and there. Maybe we’re just not hitting the right spot? It’s finicky on my end for sure.

Working perfectly for me since Beta 1. Never had it not pop up.

Mine stopped working, did a reboot of iPhone and it’s back working. Wonder if it’s an app causing it. Going to monitor it.
