Apple intelligence not working even after changing the language to US English

I’m in the UK, but even after changing the language in settings I still don’t see Apple intelligence. However on 𝕏 seeing many people are able to see it just by changing the language settings.

I’m on a 16 Pro, so device is not the issue.

You need to change both the device language and Siri language to English(US)
