This thread is intended to help you out on screen issues, ex; dead pixels, pixel rotation, DUST. Etc.
If you have problems with any of that I would love to guide you through a support process, I currently have a very small dust speck, and I chose to keep the device but if you need help or advice, in my Apple knowledge in screens and LCD's I would love to assist you.
Thanks,
Genius.

As it states iPad care book, do not use any cleaning liquid, so do not use a microfiber and damp it in water not a lot just enough. Avoid getting liquid in the home button.
Thanks,
Genius.

Could you rephrase that in English?

Huh?!?

To Original Poster,

While I have your attention and since you are a Apple Genius, I need help setting up Mobile Me. Specifically setting up the "Find My iPhone" feature. Got burned once when I lost my iPhone at a movie theater. Don't want that to happen again. Also I heard you can do this for the iPad also.

Please help me...

Go to Settings/ Mail, Contacts, Calendars / Add Account/ MobileMe. Then type in your account info. Once thats done make sure that "Find My iPhone" is turned on. Then your good to go. Works the same on iPad

Thank You, Lotso!!!

I'm disappointed in you AppleHelp. Thought you had all the answers. But it turns out you're just a Troll.
