Apple IPad major flaw

Could be a number of reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with your iPad..
Take it to an apple store, call support, return and get a new model, wipe device and reinstall, test on another wifi network.
This isn't an inherent flaw of iPads, just something is wrong with your specific device that is probably easily fixable.
