Apple iphone site - itunes versn 7.3.1 download?

Apologies for the flurry of questions today - but i have noticed that when you vist the 'download itunes' link from the apple iphone site, it refers to downloading version 7.3.1 (as appose to my currently installed version 7.3.0.54). Has nayone installed this version? Is it an update to 7.3.0.54? If so, are there any recognisable new features, stability problems resolved? Does DVD Jon's method still work on this?

I've also noted there is a 264kb difference in file size on disk between v7.3.1 and v7.3.0.54

^ Wow - that was quick - thanx for the link explaining the update. But I in two minds as to whether I should install this update or not. I have a phone without the AT&T contract but activated through DVD Jon's method - if I install this update, am worried it make phone unusable.
