iPhone X Apple iPhone Trade-in...urgent question!!

Hiya, I’m flying out to the USA in the morning and am probably going to pick up an iPhone XS Max whilst I’m there

I bought my iPhone X 12 months ago in the US and as Apple will give me $500 for it I am going to trade it in at the Apple Store

Do I need to take the box/charger/cable or do they just take the phone?

When I traded in an old Apple Watch they just took the watch unit without straps/cables

Only phone as long as it powers on and no major damage on the device that may diminish the trade in value.
