Other Apple iPhone Upgrade Program - xfinity mobile

Does anyone have xfinity mobile and use Apple's iPhone upgrade program? Is it possible to select AT&T, since it doesn't ask for account info, and register the IMEI on xfinity mobile's website? It should be unlocked...but don't what to expect when/if I receive the phone or Apple will eventually ask for account info during checkout? Thanks!

I have Xfinity Mobile but I am not part of the apple upgrade program however I can tell you that you can transfer the eSim from your current device to your new one just by downloading the eSim profile from the Xfinity website. Not sure about the At&t phone being unlocked part but maybe someone else can chime in on that.

You were 100% right about the eSim. I can confirm if you select AT&T as your carrier for IUP, you can use Xfinity mobile. Closing this one out for anyone wondering/questioning.
