- Provide feedback to the appropriate internal groups on all aspects that affect the carrier's ability to meet the requirements of the contract.
- Facilitate the Senior Leadership review meetings.
- Analyze business data to identify trends and usage.
- Create appropriate business practices to work with carrier after initial launch
- Create processes to collect feedback from carrier after launch, create action plans to effectively address issues reported after launch
- Work with carriers on new features and updates
- Work closely with the various teams across Apple teams; Engineering, Marketing, Retail, and Operations
