Hi guys,

I currently study graphic design at college, at the moment im doing my final major project, id like to present some stuff in booklet's similiar to what Apple provide with their new products (macs in paticular). the little booklet that contains your documentation and discs. Im potentially looking for either a website that can create and print something like this out for me on high quality card, or im looking for a design net whereby i can aquire my own card and get it printed on and create it myself.

Regards.

How many do you need? If it's less than 5, I'd make it yourself. Xacto knives are cheap ;)

Yeah id say around 5 would be cool, yeah i would create them myself, however id need to find a template of one since i dont know they fold.

Bump, could anyone point me in the right direction?

You're talking about the white sleeve that the docs and discs slide into that says "Everything else", right? Do you have one to tear apart? There's really not much to those things. A few flaps, a couple gussets, and you're there.

If I get a couple minutes, I'll mockup a die tracing in Illustrator.

How about just making it in iPhoto's book creation app. It's great if you just want to design it in Illustrator or something, export each page as a high res PNG, and then import into iPhoto as a photo that covers the entire page.

I did it for a couple of projects and it worked out nicely. :) :apple:

EDIT: ohhhh....wait. You just want to make the net? Well then iPhoto is out of the question. get it printed on some thick stock at Kinko's or some place and use the Excato knifes like everyone else is saying.
