Apple logo menu showing errors - suddenly

I was working in my iMac - OSX 10.5.8 and i believe i did something wrong. I started seeing 2 restart / shutdown/ force quit links on the apple menu.

Please help me to get rid of it

Try repairing your permissions with Disk Utility. If that doesn't help, you might have to reinstall OS X

Simple solution for that. Go into system preferences and click on universal access, seeing, and turn off "voiceover". That should do the trick because that happened to me one time also.

I just put my dvd to backup OS X again....

& got the subscription email from the thread....
