I have a 9.7 first gen IPP and it popped up with an option to upgrade the OS and my 5-yr old was using it and apparently selected the update option, and then she did who knows what, and now there is the apple logo permanently on the screen. When I reboot the logo just pops back up. What can I do to fix this? I'm wondering if she did something to cause this or if it just happened? Either way, I need to find a way to fix it.

Thanks.
