Presiding Judge Andreas Mueller indicated that the patent in question would likely be revoked --

"Samsung has shown that it is more likely than not that the patent will be revoked because of a technology that was already on the market before the intellectual property had been filed for protection."

And some people wonder why Apple is becoming a patent troll. It is abusing its Crapents. Taking bets on how much Apple will be paying Samsung as a result of its patents being invalidated.

The question is, if some of you hate Apple so much, why are you here?

Hasn't Apple been in the past? And not like they're not due for another investigation themselves based on their closed community and exclusivity practices.

Some of us can be fans of more than one club, you know. Ancient Mac laptop here, Android phone (only because with my super cheap plan I can't get anything else), and when I'm in the market for a new laptop, it's almost certainly going to be a Windows 8 machine. I use an iMac every day at work and that works too.

Oh the horror of branching out and choosing what's best for your needs!
