Hello,

I bought a Macbook Pro via Facebook Marketplace. But he didn’t talk about SMC issue and charger problem. So I had to use Apple mail repair service. I started a conversation with Apple Online Support Team. I told my issue. We tried something but did not work. So I gave my address, phone number, email. They sended to me an invoice which is $699. I paid. We did again same step for my other Macbook. I paid $499.

Next day Fedex called me and asked for my address. There was two boxes with same name but different address. Address corrected. I took empty boxes and resend Apple. But on Friday I took one. My Macbook Pro 15inch had been went to old owner.

I have a copy of repair request conversation. I’m sure that there is only one address and the agent didn’t tell me about another address. If there was a rule about serial number and address, my other Macbook should go different address.

I know I should check my email. But when I saw the wrong address on my label, the boxes had been already came. Fedex corrected the address. I’m wondering that why they corrected first shipment.

If the empty box did not come to me, I could not send them back.

I don’t know what should I do. I can’t accept any shipment from non-authorized people or company. So I don’t want that The Old Owner send to me. Because I don’t trust anybody except Apple. Unfortunately Apple does not care any inconveniences I have experienced as a result of this situation.

I need any advise. Thank you.

Perhaps the gods are giving you a sign that it's time to move to Linux or Windows.

What does Apple have to do with this? It's not their problem that people constantly buy their products from car trunks, eBay, Facecrooks, and eShops. I doubt you're even dealing with Apple, because the things you describe are not how Apple repairs operate.

No matter, best of luck.

You are right. But I doubt you’re even reading all thread.

I gave my address during online support conversation. But they didn’t use this address.
