I was having a problem earlier with my apple magic mouse on my mac, and so I went to the support part of apple.com, and tried entering my magic mouse serial number into the part of the apple web site that deals with servicing apple products, and it is not showing up at all. I tried ten times, and I know that I have the right number typed in, but it is still not showing up. Now the mouse is working again, for the time being, but it is still not showing up in apple, and I would like it to so that i can have it serviced if I need to. I don't think that it makes a difference, but I got the mouse with my mac, as an accessory. If anyone knows about the problem of having an apple product not show up in their inventory of products that can be servised?
