Apple Mail 9.3 - Custom Header for 'Save As' Function

Hello everyone,

Whenever I 'save as' e-mails in Apple Mail on a Snow Leopard machine, I get the header in helvetica in 2 colors (#666666, #000000) and in bold for anything that comes before the colons.

However, in El Capitan, the header is now in a different order / bland helvetica.

What can I do to 'save as' in Apple Mail on El Capitan so that the export shows a similar header to what it would look like in Snow Leopard?
