Apple Mail - alternative search feature

Hi,
I am looking for an alternative search option for Apple Mail. I once had an app on my Mac, which would copy all my mails over to a SQL database, and provide a user interface to search all the copied mails. It could regularly search trough Apple Mail, and copy new e-mails over. Anyone have an idea if this SW still exist, and what the name is?
