Does anyone else notice that it takes a while for mail to come through?

I have 2 hotmail accounts setup on it and an iCloud account, and all seem to take at least 4-5 minutes longer for emails to come through after they've appeared on my iPhone.

Any ideas how to improve this?

My mail comes through rather quickly, no delay (I'm using only icloud email)

Your Mac is set to check for Mail at set intervals. Your iPhone may be using Push notification, or set to a shorter interval.
