A few months ago, in Mail (v12.4), I noticed emails that come into my gmail account show up as the name "Holidays in United Kingdom". This only happens in the Mail App on my MBP. This is no where to be found on my iPhone. If I log into gmail, my name shows fine in there. In my google calendar I don't have "Holidays in United Kingdom" listed. The only place this shows up is in the mail app!

I looked in Contacts App - everything is find there. No "Holidays in United Kingdom". I looked in the settings for any SMTP server settings that were unusual. Nothing.

Only in the Mail App do I see this and it's quite annoying! How can I find the reference to this somewhere on my MBP and remove it? Should I totally delete the account from my MBP and delete Mail App and reinstall it?

In the Mail.app go to the menu Window > Previous Recipients and see if - somehow - an entry with the name "Holidays in United Kingdom" with your email is listed there. If so, remove it from the list.
