Apple Mail - Just Not Working

My outgoing mail servers for one email with Godaddy and one Gator hosting just don't work at all anymore and haven't worked for over a week.

All of the outgoing ports are correct, but just for the sake of it, I've tried other ports and still a no go.

I'm positive all the information is correct. What could be the problem?

Yeah it's been intermittent ever since. I don't ever seem to get a reliable outgoing connection.
