I just upgraded to the new MacBook Pro M1 with Big Sur. I am trying to add a keyboard shortcut to Apple Mail. I followed the instructions from Apple and on other websites.

In System Preferences/Keyboard/Shortcuts there used to be a + button to add shortcuts to additional apps. It is not there on my new MacBook. Has this feature been removed in Big Sur or is it now located elsewhere? Thanks.

Are you selecting App Shortcuts on the left before looking for the + ?

Thanks. Didn’t realize I had to also hit App Shortcuts after I hit the Shortcuts Tab to get the + button.
