Apple Mail; Show message count next to folders

In Apple Mail, I have a handful of folders where I organize mails to get them out of the inbox. This works with rules and manually, and it works very good.
However, I'd like to see a badge to the right of the folders, containing the message count in the folders.

I have searched for plugins, but couldn't find any.

Any ideas?
