Apple Mail swipe gesture not working like expected in Notification Center

Since a long time, i noticed that the swipe gestures in Apple Mail on iOS aren't working like expected in Notification Center.

I made the following tests with 2 different iPhones (6s and 5s) and different E-Mail Accounts (iCloud.com and Exchange Active Sync). Here are my results:

• Swipe to right gesture
  • Working
    • "Mark as read"
  • Not working
    • "Move"

• Swipe to left gesture
  • Not working
    • "Mark as read"
    • "Move"

I also made some screenshots. Text is in German, but the way of the look and how it works should be the same in any language.

Could someone test this too? I'm sure you will have the same results. It seems to be a bug since many releases. And i would be surprised if this is fixed in iOS 10

In corrected the title of this post. I'm only referring to Notification Center. In the app itself it works.
