Mail in macOS 10.15:

What does the "TO" in front of some (but not all) subjects mean? See screen shot.

That is strange. The email in the 4th row, from "MacRumors Forums" is a mail from "MacRumors Forums" to my email address (it is an answer to another question I posted earlier today) - that looks very much like me (my email address) being the main recipient.
