My Apple Maps app used to display a shortcut to Home and Work nicely, both on the App on my iPhone and on CarPlay.

Recently, Maps just dropped this. My contact card hadn't changed and still has both 'home' and 'work' addresses listed.

I have tried deleting my home and work and re-adding them. Then rebooting. Quitting the app. All sorts. The weird thing is that in the widget it displays the suggested when away from home. So it does know where 'home' is. Also matches with the home logo when I make a search within Maps.

To add to the bizarreness, iOS seems to have got wires crossed when it randomly picked out one of my contacts and started diplaying them as a match when searching. At one point, my EE (mobile provider) app listed my phone as that persons phone. Then dropped me as the default contact card. Despite in Settings-Contacts-My Info field being my name. I have since deleted and re-aded that contact, but it's still cross wired with Maps.

I need a means to get iOS to re-look at my contact card and get it's ducks in a row.
