Apple Maps Directions Home On Apple Watch?

I have 'show parked location' disabled in Apple Maps. Now almost every time I get back in my car after parking somewhere I get a notification on my Apple Watch and the first step to drive home. I cannot find anything in settings to disable this. I must be missing something. Please help. Thanks.

It's picking it up from privacy > Location services > System services > frequent locations.

I have mine enabled as it makes it easy to get directions home or to work with 1 click from the widget but some people are paranoid about privacy so it's not for everybody.

Is this new in iOS 10? It keeps telling me how to get home from places I frequent. This should not be enabled by default if it means unwanted directions to my Watch by default.

It was there at least in iOS 9 as well.

I think it was introduced in iOS 7.

I've never had these notifications show up on my Watch until iOS 10.
