Apple Maps turn by turn voice not working

Since upgrading to iPhone 7, Apple Maps spoken directions aren't working. I've checked settings and it should be working, but isn't. Any help or thoughts are appreciated.

Restart the phone.

I have restarted several times. No go.

Start directions to a location, swipe the bottom part up and go to audio. Correct setting there? I'm assuming that is what you meant by checking settings?
