Apple may have finally gotten too big

Interesting article speculating on Apple's corporate structure. goes towards explaining why Apple, as big and rich as it is, can't seem to juggle more than two balls at a time (and one of them is always the iPhone).

The author does bring up valid points, where perhaps at this point functional leads for iPhones, Macs and what not, would be a better way of managing Apple.
